Salvia is illegal in Va, so can I go to the airport and take it to the V.I?
OK, so im leaving for ST. Thomas tommorow, and salvia was recently banned as illegal in Virginia. So if i wanted to bring it to STT, from the Reagon National Airport located in Virginia, would they like take it away or arrest me?
P.S I only have a carry on bag

Well Im in St. Thomas now, and luckily i got my salvia pass customs and airport security, they kept scanning the bag saying " what is that" but then they just let it go. It was only 2 grams though so no worries. And even though it is illegal in Virginia i still managed. Must not be that serious yet. They probably didnt even know what to look for.

It is illegal, but it's not in regular use by a lot of people. The law isn't really looking for it. The only thing I'd be concerned about is them thinking that it was weed.
