okay so i'm getting ready to do mushrooms for my 2nd time this friday. but im doing it with two other people who never have before so
what is the best way to take mushrooms for the quickest onset?
i've heard to chew and hold in your mouth and have eaten other foods before and orange juice and all that
do vitamin C pills help?
any help is appreciated

Eat them on an empty stomach
Chew and swallow with some OJ

it always has worked for me...

chew them really well,

my last shroom trip i watched my friend puke and basically waste a trip because he didnt munch em up enough and they gave him nausea

yea chew them up all really good and just swallow man. but dont eat anything else before hand it will be way more effective on an empty stomache

Chewing them, and letting them sit in your mouth until you start feeling the effects. The onset is usually fasted because it gets absorbed quicker by the veins in your mouth.

Better way of taking shrooms:

Grind to a fine powder, pour in shot glass and chase with:
1. Lime/Lemon Juice
or if you don't have it
2. Orange Juice
Then take 1000mg of Vitamin C (absorbic acid) and watch it potentiate your trip!
On an empty stomach the shrooms will kick in after 15 minutes.

grind into the finest powder, and mix with melted chocolate. let it harden then eat. not great for quick come up , but good for potency
