Have trouble picking up girls at the bar? 2 pills and watch all the ladies phone numbers pile up on your fridge. Trouble sharing your feeling with a significant other? Pop one down the tube and be prepared to have the most in-depth and meaningful talk of your relationship. Want to form stronger bonds with your friends? Say no more. Or dance your ass off all night and just have the greatest time of your life? Good for that too.

Ecstasy's uses can be many. Can turn any day or night into one of your more memorable experiences. Confidence in pill form, the worlds greatest truth serum, amazing sex aid, and a great therapy tool. The uses are many but the way to get the most out of your pills, the same. People post up on here all the time asking advice on if or how they should do ecstasy. Most responses are along the lines of "Ecstasy destroys your brain mang, don't do that shizz, just smoke a blunt and chillily with your drank and hoe." This guide is for anyone wanting to know if they should venture down the sweet road of ecstasy and how they should best go about it. (I am not a doctor or in any way affiliated with modern medicine, so my descriptions of health effects and other big latin words should not be taken as absolute. They are put in laymens terms and leave much left to the imagination.)

I guess I should just start out and say that I love Ecstasy. It is one of my favorite drugs to let loose on, to get deep on, and to search within myself on. It is not like psychedelics in the sense of transporting you deep within your mind, but what it does is it allows you to express yourself in the way you have always wanted to, but never been able to because of your personal restraints. But there is also a fine line you need to walk on with this drug. If you do not treat it properly, you may harm your mind or body. So I will go over the best ways to make your experience the best it can be.

Ecstasy Bits

MDMA is the chemical name for Ecstasy. It is the only chemical you want in your Ecstasy, but since most street pills are also cut with other recreational drugs, you are likely to get more than just MDMA. Pure MDMA can not be pressed into a pill, so pure MDMA is going to come in powder form, known as molly. If your dealer is real straight and cool, he will just mix in a little starch, calcium carb or some other binding agent to make his pills, or he could chalk it full of Meth, you never know just upon eye sight. Think of it as christmas morning when you swallow an E pill, you just have to wait an hour to see what Santa brought you.

When under the influence of Ecstasy, we call it rolling. You will know why the second you start coming up on it. Ecstasy pills can also be referred to as rolls, beans, happy pills, Go, disco biscuits. So if your dealer offers you some rolls or beans, he is not trying to make you a sandwich or trying to sell you some magical bean stalk seeds.

Ecstasy Myths

"Man, that shit eats holes in your brain."
Um no, no it does not. Your brain has this chemical in it called Seratonin, it is what makes you feel the way you do when you are happy. Your brain releases small amounts of this chemical when good things happen such as getting a blow job, having a threesome, finding $20 on the street, and all that other shit that brings a smile to your face. What Ecstasy does is it releases all the seratonin in your brain in one fell swoop. Habitual use of Ecstasy has shown to put way too much stress on these seratonin deposits and receptors in your brain, and start to fuck with them. You do not want this, so just do not form a habit to ecstasy. Dose maybe 1 a month or every other month and you are hunky dorey.

"That Ecstasy shit is cut with Heroin and rat poison, yo."
No, it really is not. Ecstasy is cut with many things, heroin and rat poison are not on that list. If someone tells you that they took a pill covered in heroin then they are just plain stupid and trying to stir some shit up. Nothing that Ecstasy is cut with is going to kill you on the spot. Ketamine, Caffeine, methamphetamine, cocaine, MDA, these are all recreational drugs and do not make people's hearts explode the second they touch your tongue. You may not like the effects you get off these drugs mixed with your MDMA, and they may interact badly with your body, but as long as you follow a few guide lines while rolling you will not die from them. Some people refuse to take ecstasy unless they know exactly sure what is in it, I just like to pop um down and go with the flow. If you truly are paranoid then you can buy an Ecstasy test kit online. If the pill has meth or coke in it, you will know after the first hour. Caffeine and MDA blend the best with MDMA.

"Ecstasy makes you gay."
Well, if you are a closeted gay man and take Ecstasy, you may just find a penis in your mouth by the end of the night. But Ecstasy is not going to make a straight man start barebacking another man. What Ecstasy does is bring things to the surface. If you have been hiding things from yourself because you are not strong enough to face them, or lying to yourself then be prepared to make some startling revelations. But no, Ecstasy wont make you start craving dick unless you deep down inside really do crave some dick.

Double and triple stack pills
This is all up to personal opinion, but in my experience the double and triple stack line dealers feed you is bullshit so they can add another $5 on to their product. When people say a pill is a double stack what they mean is that it has 2 layers of MDMA in the pill, or twice as much as a regular pill. I believe this to be false, but you can believe whatever you want to to make yourself feel better. There is no denying that a double stack pill is larger than a normal pill so this DOES translate to more MDMA per pill for a double stack, just not twice as much. I find on average that a double stack pill is the equivalent of 1.5 regular pills and triplestacks to be the equivalent of 2 pills. If a dealer offers you a double or triple stack, do not feel that you have to say no to him. I only ever buy double or triple stacks, just don't expect the experience to be as strong as your dealer tells you (but who does this in the first place?)

If I took a pill with a blue dolphin on it and it was bomb as all hell, does that mean that every blue dolphin pill I find will be the same?
No, it does not. Many makers of E use the same logo imprints the world over. So this is not an absolute. If both pills come from the same dealer, then yes, they probably come from the same source and you can expect them to both be the same strength and filled with the same amounts. But don't expect one Green Superman pill bought from your dealer in Vermont to be the same as one you buy at Bonnaroo this year.

What to expect on Ecstasy
Pure, unadulterated euphoria. Strong emotional connection to your environment and yourself. The urge to just let loose and have fun. Music sounds greater than it ever has and all your sensations are magnified 10x. Everything feels orgasmic to the touch, smells start to take on a new meaning and colors and shapes become extremely vivid. You could find yourself sitting next to a complete stranger and just talking for hours on end about life and the meaning of it all. Every person you see you just want to form a bond with, and it is quite possible to achieve while on Ecstasy. E is not like psychedelics where the experience is visually driven, and your brain does not achieve the same sort of wave length. Ecstasy is all about the emotions you feel. Think of the happiest moment in your life and magnify it by 100. That is what you get on ecstasy.


Dosage (Assuming what you have are double stack pills because that is all I ever dose)
This all depends on your body size and general tolerance to drugs. The more MDMA you put in your body, the more powerful the experience, simple enough. When dosing (no matter how many times you have before) always start out with one pill (Maybe even half a pill if you are of the female sex). Ingest the pill and wait 30-45 minutes. After the first half hour, evaluate your situation. If you like the effects, can handle them easier and want a more powerful experience, then dose another pill. I really never like to exceed more than 2 or 3 pills in one night (if I am taking double stacks) but if you still want a more powerful experience then by all means dose another pill. Just don't start shoving down 4 or 5 pills in one night if they are double or triple stacks.

1 pill= usually starts to make me a chatty Kathy. I feel a more powerful and slightly profound connection to every one and thing around me. Colors become more vibrant and all sensations are enhanced a great deal. Music sounds great to the ears but I am not at the stage yet where I would get up and start swing dancing with a lamp shade on my head.

2 pills=Same effects as dosing one pill, just twice as strong (you see how this goes right? The more MDMA the stronger). Your brain starts racing with all these ideas and you get the ability to analyze everything around you on a level far above what you can do sober. but unlike psychedelics (where what you see can either bring a smile to your face or show you the true ugliness of something) every thing you see and think on Ecstasy is shown through a filter of happiness.

When you start getting into the 3, 4, and 5 pill range is when your body starts hating you the day after but damn sure if the night isn't one big blur of pure euphoria and emotional discovery

The best way to dose your pills is to just wash them down your throat with a nice cool glass of water. But other people like to ingest them a different way.

You can parachute them (crush the pills up, wrap in a tissue and swallow said tissue), this will lead to a faster come up and a somewhat longer experience.

You can plug them. Which means shoving the pills up your ass. This method will give you the fastest onset you can achieve other than injecting MDMA right into your veins and it will also lead to a stronger experience. Some people do not like the idea of putting pills up their ass, so to each their own.

Short term effects of Ecstasy
Your three biggest concerns on Ecstasy are that your heart starts to beat alot faster, you become dehydrated quickly, and your core body temperature fluxuates wildly. These can be easily managed if you follow a few guidelines. People who have heart conditions should not dose Ecstasy at all, and as long as you are not one of those hypochondriacs who thinks the smallest thing leads to certain death, an increased heart rate is nothing to worry about. If it starts beating a little too fast for your comfort, just sit down for a little bit and take deep breaths till it goes down. If you are going to be doing alot of activity for the night like dancing your ass off or something, just be sure to check your heart beat every once in awhile to make sure it is in a place you want it to be.

To counter act the dehydration you just drink fluids, easy as that. 1 tall glass of water each hour is the perfect amount for me. But I like to also replenish my vitamins and electrolytes so what I do is drink 1 glass of water the first hour, then every other hour I like to drink a bottle of gatorade or any other thing with vitamins and electrolytes. So, 1 glass of water, then 1 bottle of gatorade, 1 glass of water... you get the picture. You get really really thirsty on E so you may find yourself drinking a bit more than I do, that is okay. As long as you are not downing 1 gallon of water every hour you are fine. But when you start getting into the 1 gallon an hour volume, you are seriously putting your body at risk. The few reported deaths on Ecstasy come from this. People start downing gallons of water in a few hours and literally drink themselves to death. Just do not drink that much and all is good.

You will notice your core temperature spiking alot during this time. Just shed some layers and you will probably be fine. If you still are getting too hot, just go outside for 5 or 10 minutes to lower it. I like to go outside every once in awhile to catch some fresh air any way and I suggest you do also. So every hour or so, just go outside for a few minutes, smoke a cigarette or whatever and come back in, all is good. If you plan on exerting yourself for an extended period of time, it is imperative to keep track of where your temperature is it. Most of the deaths recorded on ecstasy are from people who just dance the night away and then drop dead from heat exhaustion. Keep track of that body temp and you will be fine.

Horniness and Ecstasy
You will probably find yourself hornier than you have ever been. And since ecstasy gives you the gift of gab, a night at the bar trying to pick up women is the perfect environment for you! Picking up girls on ecstasy is easy as all hell and I strongly suggest you try your hand at it. But please, wear a condom. Alot of STD's and unwanted pregnancies are resulted from a night on E. You may not want to wear a condom and slip inside the ugliest and skankiest girl you can find because you want a little release, but please just wear a condom.

If you do not have the luxury of being able to go to the bar, you may find yourself phoning every girl in your contacts at 2 am looking for a booty call. This is fine I guess as long as the girl is willing.

Sex on ecstasy is a beautiful thing. it feels 100 times better and you are able to last ALOT longer than normal. Sounds like a perfect combo to me. Some people say that you should not have sex on E because regular sex will never feel the same. Whatever, sex on Ecstasy is one of life's greatest pleasure and should be experienced.

Saying things on E that you may regret in the morning
We all get this. Our tongue gets a little loose and we start saying shit we may regret in the morning. Be it personal secrets, your true beliefs on hot topic subjects or just revealing your true feelings towards someone. It all sucks when you have to wake up in the morning and start repairing the damage done. The best and really only way to counteract this is to just filter what you say. Don't just start spouting shit out. Think about what you say before you say it and you should be fine.

Things to do on Ecstasy
Any and everything. Everything is great on E, any activity, any music, any conversation. Do not limit yourself by spending your time trying to brain storm great ideas, just go with it and let your feet take you. I strongly suggest you take a warm bath however, that is a must. Going for a walk is pretty damned awesome too. Any public place is good too. Grocery stores on Ecstasy? Oh my what fun!

Mixing Ecstasy and other drugs

Psychedelics: Ecstasy and psychedelics go hand in hand, like peanut butter and chocolate. Psychedelics are all about Set and Setting and Ecstasy just happens to give you the perfect Set and Setting possible. Think of E like the perfect good vibe beacon for you. Just pumping out pure happiness for the duration pretty much guarantees and amazing trip. But DO NOT dose your E first. Coming down off ecstasy while peaking on shrooms or acid is not fun. So dose you psychedelics first, wait 60-90 minutes and then dose your E

Cigarettes: I just love to go outside and smoke a cigarette while on E. It adds a nice calming effects to it. I strongly recommend

Weed: The worlds greatest enhancer. Smoke a bowl or smoke a joint and watch as your effects magnify. I also like to have a joint or two on hand when I start to come of E. Coming down on E can rattle you a bit so having a little bud on hand really helps

Coke and Amphetamines: I strongly discourage mixing these two since E already raises your heart rate. You do not want to be taking another thing that is going to jack it up more, but to each their own

The Ecstasy comedown
An Ecstasy come down is very different then what you may be used to with acid or shrooms. The effects do not slowly disapate and ease you back into sobriety. Instead, E drops you like a rock back into the land of the living. One second you are rolling and feeling great, the next you are smashed back down and left wanting. It can be very hard on the mind and body, especially because it leaves you craving more. But please do not go running out to buy more E, your body needs a break. This is why a little weed is perfect for the comedown. When you come crashing back down, just go outside and smoke a joint and all is good.

Many people say that they get depressed the day after or a couple days after an E experience. This is just because your brain no longer has any seratonin in it and needs time to produce more. I would not really call it a state of depression, just a state of slight unhappiness. This really only is a big deal if you are a complete emotional headcase who can not handle feeling a little down in the dumps for a day or two.

Using Ecstasy as a therapeutic tool
Having girl friend or wife troubles? Not able to share your true feelings with the people you love? Not able to kick your depression with your prescrip drugs? May I strongly recommend trying ecstasy. The reason so many relationships fail is because people can not share their true feelings or keep things hidden. Ecstasy allows you to enter a mindset where you feel utterly connected with the person across from you, and if that person is your lover, well it can lead to some great things. People with depression have also said that ecstasy helps them cope with their issues and really helps their problems. Since I am not currently depressed or have relationship issues, I can not really comment fully on it. But if this is something you are interested in then i strongly recommend you do a little research into it. just remember that Ecstasy the key that opens the gate, but it is up to you to work through the issues.

So there you have it, Ecstasy. As long as you keep it for special occasions and are able to regulate yourself on it, it can be a beautiful thing. I strongly suggest people at least try it to experience something amazing, but to each their own. Also you didnt really describe the come down fully. Aside from what you put which is right you also feel like fuckin shit most of the time. The more pills you take, the more shittier you will feel the next morning. Especially if they have speed in them. Yeah shit will be all openmindidy and shit but its still physically draining. I swear some pills I got were a small dose of cafeeine dxm and meth, who wants to pay 20$ a pill for that shit. Decent, I disagree with your "stacks" section, double/triples usually have less mdma per mg of pill. Size of pill does not ever ever ever corelate to amount of MDMA, in fact I would first take a small pill over a large pill because of the fact that even though there may be less MDMA, there is a likely chance of having less cut. Rollin roulette though, you never know what you could possibly get.

Double Stack and Triple Stack are 100% made up terms that dont mean anything. Only thing that jmatters is MDMA content.

I'm pretty sure I said that double and triple stack are made up in the terms that they do not actually have twice and triple the amount of MDMA as a regular pill. But since double and triple stacks DO end up having more MDMA than a regular pill, it does matter.
