Some meds can react in weird ways. I'm not familiar with Focalin, but I've seen some crazy shit from mixing pills and alcohol. Not me personally, patients and such, but you get what im sayin. If I were him I wouldn't mix the meds with alcohol anymore, sounds like he had a bad trip.

i did about 90 miligrams over the night lastnight/this morning. friggen paranoid as crap like worse than weed but an awesome body boss mild euphoria and i had lots of audio hallucinatoins. i dont suggest doing what i did its my first time with focalin and i did 90 so w.e its fun as hell gonna make your take forever to get thru unless your busy working htne it will go by like instantly. im still like not baseline yet and the high wore off a while ago, fun drug minds fucking moving like an f1 edit: oh yea your totally not falling asleep without barbs or otc sleeping meds if you rail these so prepare for an allnighter.
