I appreciate the advice. Although I did get it all worked out. The best thing I've found to do is get in some comfortable clothes, smoke a moderate amount of good herb and kick back with a pizza and some xbox. Just relax and take it easy and my mind recovers and rebalances itself.

I popped two tabs a few nights ago on a party bus. Got em both for free because it was my birthday... some buddies who happen to deal E hooked me up good.

That's $5-7 a pill and you said you need three, six over a night. The shit I've always gotten I need one to get a good roll going, two for a really strong roll all night... Could bump it up to 3. Now pills have been $10-$15 around here now that I know better people. Even less if you get more. So it's not really a big difference.

I've heard a lot about GB's rolls not being very good quality.

And yes... after binging for weeks, the memory thing would get to me. Someone would call me and be like yo this and this gonna be by in a couple. And they'd get there and I'd just be like... whaaa? 's goin on? e-tard = neg

yeah since mid last year there have bin very few good Es around my area of the UK, 06 was the best year IMO

anyone ever try Xbox's or Xmen they were don.

and if you go on a roll around here you get all your mates to chip in and buy in bulk somtimes you can get them as cheap as £1 a pill (some people can get them even cheaper)

Just one thing: I was synicle about taking 5htp, i figured it might ease a comdown a bit, but what i didn't expect was the effects of A: making my roll so much stronger and B: reducing my comedown, that stuff was well worth taking.

HEY HEY HEY HEY, im looking into this i think this would help me so much. So do you take these prior to rolling(of course they are natural sleeping pills right? so would i take em the night before or maybe a few nights ahead?) or after when im coming down and need to get to bed? Also I've heard of melatonin helping with sleep and also increases your roll, anyone know?

Alright, I have some answers for you Fppunk. Sorry I haven't responded sooner.

Many people use 5-HTP to preload their roll. 5-HTP is converted into serotonin within your body. So many people theorize that it could supplement your trip. Whether this works or not is questionable. Most people take it a couple hours before dosing and this causes only a placebo effect because the 5-HTP wouldn't be converted until hours later.

If you want to preload your trip in such a way it's adviced to take doses of 100mg for at least several days before you plan on dosing. Yet even this has not been proven to do anything, therefore I do not advise it.

But what 5-HTP has been proven to help with is post-roll "depression". Although many people do not experience this, plenty of others feel "down" the days after a good roll. Many experiences have shown that taking 5-HTP after a roll helps replenish the depleted serotonin in the body and ridding your experience of this side effect.

As for melatonin... it has no recreational/supplemental value in such situations. At least that's what my research has shown. Melatonin occurs naturally in the body and taking it as a supplement has helped many people with their sleep cycles. I know of no one using it in combination with MDMA. Although the benefits in post-roll are clear for those who have trouble sleeping.

I think we can conclude that if you normally don't feel so great after a roll, you would greatly benefit from taking 5-HTP and possibly even melatonin as a supplement to return to your natural levels of seratonin and melatonin sooner. One must be careful not to take melatonin on a daily basis for an extended period of time because many have shown dependency and then open cutting off their intake have had a lot of trouble sleeping without it because their body has stopped producing it in the same way on its own.
