smoking and usage

my parents are away and I'm thinking of dropping a dose of lsd right now so I can spend some time with nice visuals and music. I've only really tripped twice (once off one dose which was amazing and another off doses which was too much for me but I took xanax and got out of that trip). I've been thinking about solo tripping for awhile. Anyone tripping today and anyone have any advice for solo tripping?

just have fun when you solo trip. don't think twice about an action or a song to play or a movie to watch. turn off your phone. smoke some weed. oh and did i mention . . .

man lsd trips are weird. i only had one hit today but it really makes me question everything about my personal life, some of my ideas are enlightning but I have to keep hold of them. I think I might stop with lsd for awhile (only my 3rd trip today), I feel like this can fuck up with your way of thinking if used too often. but right now im having a chilled comedown and im gonna hit up my bubbler. unlike like my last time's with lsd i didnt feel like blazing too much cause it seems unhealthy (all that smoke), im gonna try to keep enjoying this!! I hope one day they have lsd institutions cause I feel with a guide there really is alot to be gained from this,

I usually do breathing exercises to calm myself. What you do is for about 5-10 minutes, close your eyes and inhale for about 4 seconds, hold for about 4 seconds, exhale over a 4 second time span. I tried meditation tripping, and that was just too much for me. That exercise is not meditation.
