Nano Explode and other legal 'steroids'

So, how does Nano explode work?
Creatine?
Hydroxycut?

basically i wanna get jacked by the end of the summer, seeing as how i gained weight over the winter, and lost my muscle mass. ive managed to lose the fat and just want to get into shape for the summer, and so i can get my tattoo without waiting to grow too long.

i have whey protein which i take after every workout, and NaNo Vapor by Muscletech. does nano vapor do the same thing as Nano Explode?

thats what the box says. it really pumps you up, your whole body tingles, and youll feel like youre on coke if you just take it and dont work out. thing is i never fucked with it long enough to know if it works that good. it certainly pumps you up and gives you more endurance, but idk about nanomolecular matrixes and shit, wtf.

is it any different than Nano Explode? this shit was like 80 bucks and i still have a good amount left, but id like to know if theres better and preferebly safe things out there.

stick with no xplode if you want quick results.

neither is that bad for you.

here are some tiparoo's, take em or fuck em.

1.you take this supplement before working out.

yes, it helps the dilation of your capillaries so that more blood is able to reach your muscles, thus more effectively breaking them down.

i find that no xplod raises my "peak".

meaning, during a normal workout, i would eventually find an exact moment where my muscles give out,

but the xplod gives you the sense that you've got "just one more". and then one more. and then one more.

but the trick is not to overdo it.

muscles only take 30 minutes to completely breakdown through strenuous exercise (and 2-3 days to rebuild).

the guys lifting for hours on end are being counter-productive.

2. what many people dont realize,

is that when you stretch your muscles with vascular pumps such as nitrous,

you need to immediately supplement your muscles with a builder such as protein.

so, No2 before workout, protein shake after workout.

3. diet is key, key, key for visible results.

im not gonna bore you with food shit, so here: (you can pm me for specific meal plans)

eggs, everyday.

meat, everyday. (fish, chicken, lean meat/steak; turkey and pork are undesirable)

salad, everyday.

pasta, 3 times a week.

at least a gallon of water, everyday.

at least a gallon of water, everyday.

at least a gallon of water, everyday.


that is the most important factor to achieving the desired results from exercise.

allowing your body to cleanse and repair itself is the key to muscle mass, so keep drinking water to flush it out.

remember: muscles rebuild most when they are not in use.

so its most effective to break your week down into muscle groups.

i found the most effective workout as such:

workouts on monday, wednesday, and friday.

FIRST THING IN THE MORNING!!!

you want your body to "learn" to use up all the energy reserves stored from the last night's dinner.

this jumpstarts your metabolism, eating away at your fat while helping to build the muscles that you have torn down.

Alternate workdays as such:

monday = PUSH MUSCLES - all the muscles used for extending: pecs (bench, incline, fly) triceps (dumbbell extensions, bar pull-downs, dips) etc.

wednesday = PULL MUSCLES/LEG DAY - all muscles used for pulling: lats (pull-ups and machine) biceps (dumbbell contractions) and do your regular leg exercises (squats, leg extensions, leg contractions, ankle/calf extensions) butt muscles etc.

friday = PUSH MUSCLES.

keeping along with this pattern, the next week will be divided up as:

monday = PULL MUSCLES/LEG DAY

wednesday = PUSH MUSCLES

friday = PULL MUSCLES/LEG DAY

abdominal exercises are done every workout day

your stomach is the source of all your strength, and it is also the fastest repairing muscle group, so you can work it more often.

at least, 30 minutes of cardio after each workout.

thx scooby, i used to work out alot, so im no newb, but id like to no if nano xplode is essentially the same thing as nano vapor? i wanna find out because shits expensive and i dont wanna buy xplode if i basically have it already you know?

as for the diet, ive been fasting (to lose fat) and drinking alot of water, at least a gallon, but in the protein shake i also add a meal supplement powder, and sometimes take a cell activator.

why is turkey undesirable though? isnt it a lean meat? i tend to stick to turkey because of that....

also, i usually have a small breakfast(turkey,eggs, and provolgne on a roll, and a coffee[i think im gonna start having redbull instead]) first thing, wait a half hour, and then workout.

Good advise, you know your shit. I have found that creatine is just OK. If you take it bfore your workout it will give you some extra energy and allow you to do a few more reps. I've heard it only gives you a bunch of water weight though, dont know how much truth there is to this. I drink at least two whey protein drinks a day. I've heard however many pounds you weigh, you should intake that many grams of protein. Eating a daily multi vitamin couldnt hurt also. And water water water. Gatorade, water.

fasting is counter-productive and ludicrous. sorry, but just dont.

stop it.

because once you start eating like a regular person again,

your muscles wont be used to processing food's natural energy rather than the "meal supplement powder" as it is accustomed to.

subsequently, the muscles will start turning into fat because of the unused energy.

basically: there is very little "good" energy in turkey, and a lot of "bad" energy. haha.

you will acheive the results you want much much much quicker if you workout after waking up.

eat after you exercise.

no redbull.

coffee, at least, isnt packed with sugar and fructose and syrup and all that other bullshit.

caffiene is shit anyway, but stick to coffee if you need it.
