heart attack
The other week i was at the pub with some mates, all having a drink and a laugh. we came back too mine for a few smokes(as u do) (afgani compact).
I got prety stoned as did everyone actually. Anyway i went too bed and tryed to go too sleep. I have bad parranoia and anxiety anyway but this time was different. I imagined(for some strange crazy reason) i was having a heart attack.... and what do ya know? it actually happened, well, i dont know for sure but it actually felt soo real! My left arm got pins and needles and my heart felt like someone was squeezing it and stabbing it. It got so bad i nearly woke my gf up to tell her to ring an ambulance but reasured myself i would be locked in a padded room if i did that. I know i was prob just really parranoid but was wondering if anyone had a simular experiance? i told my mates and one of them said he had the same thing a few weeks b4 mine(wierd) so yh ur thoughts and comments people..... First of all, learn punctuation and how to use the enter key to space blocksof words apart to bea able to read them easier.
Second, you had what sounds like a panic attack. Not an anxiety attack, but a panic attack. Feels a lot like what one would imagine a heart attack feels like, and you think you are dying. Since you have a predisposition to anxiety already, and you're not dead, I'd say definately panic attack. You're not in danger of any kind, nor were you ever if it was a panic attack. Check WebMD at www.webmd.com for information on techniques for reducing panic attacks and their reoccourance.

hmmmm that sounded a little bitchy... i didnt ask for rude comments on my punctuation.... the reason i write like this is because my keyboard is broken and its alot easier to write like this.... but i appologise for upsetting you!
panic attack of some description does sound the most likly candidate for what happened to me and my friend.... BUT i am aware of what a panic attack is and feel this had more to do with smoking weed combined with alcohol and my mind playing games on me(as it does when ur stoned alot of the time)....but thank you for your input!  anyone here know what im talking about? |

lmfao just watched that video.. funny stuff plus rep for that it made me laugh!.... n yh the heart attack thing at 40seconds is why u posted it..... btw iv ate a packet of crisps that wernt crispy anymore when im stoned....good times

ty for editing i dont like arguing on here because it happens too much...i know its hard to judge sometimes how people speak on here and alot of people imagine people are giving innuendos and hidden sarcasm... but im not one of them.... thanks again for the link!

when this was happening did you hear like a loud static sound in your ears maybe only one but only you could hear that sound?
