Possibly picking up some klonies soon, maybe, ish, I hope.

Anyway, I take Xanax for anxiety (not prescribed, I buy it on the street). Usually between .5 and 1mg a day.

So what I'm wondering is, how much Klonopin = .5-1mg Xanax from you folks experience?


Also, a description of how Klonopin feels vs Xanax would be neat too.

klonopin basically feels the same. it just lasts longer than xanax but i dont think its necessarily stronger or weaker. i took 1mg and it felt like 1mg of xanax just over a longer period of time.

i prefer klonopin. dosage is the same for me with both.

Nice, I didn't expect the dosage to be the same, I thought Kpins were a tid bit stronger. That's rad though, means if I do get them I'll go through them slower.

I don't really know how to describe how the different feeling is, because its mostly the same for me, expect klonopin i can get more "heavy" feeling but its more that my muscle feel extremely fluid when i move them.

I took klonopin, xanax, and ativan the other night and i was fucked up for two days straight.

Usually for me Klonopin mg per mg with xanax theyre pretty even, but the klonopin feels better and lasts longer.

I love meee some benzos.

I have taken both Kpins and Xanax for anxiety. The main difference is that Kpins come one slower and last over a longer period of time, and Xanax comes on faster and lasts for a shorter period of time.

Dosages are comperable (as are prices), but I would suggest that you start with .5mg, because I don't think there is any cross-tolerance. At least I haven't noticed any before.

Got 6 2mg tablets for now to test out, hopefully getting some more soon.

Waiting until tomorrow to try one because I took .5mgs of Xanax already today.

I'm going to break them in quarters and start with .5mgs.


How long does Klonopin take to kick in for you guys?

Ive never tried any pills before except concerta twice.

But a couple weeks ago i had a good amount of klonopin my first itme.

The only thing i can really say is... you dont care about ANYTHING

I was just prescribed .5 mgs of xanax up to 3 times a day....

I also got some other meds, but these aren't benzos.....

How much xanax does it take to feel good??????

To the OP, about 30 minutes to an hour (depending on when you ate) for initial effects. The peak should be at about 3 hours, and effects should last about 7-8.

To the above poster, depending on body weight and type, it takes about .5mg-1mg of Xanax to feel its effects.

Oh kpins are ALOT better than xanax's cause they don't just come and go, they stay for a lil while and actually let you be able to chill out and come to terms with your anxiety. If thats what your using them for that is

Popped a .5 xanax a lil bit ago. There's this girl staying with us and she's got a whole purse full of pills. She's got xanax, valium and a bunch of other shit I've never heard of, but she told me she used to get morphine too. It's a blessing; I've been looking for xanax for damn near 2 months now.

Tried to break it into quarters and I ended up with a piece that was slightly less than a quarter, popped that about an hour ago.

Feelin' pretty nice. Not nearly as clouded and out-of-it feeling as with Xanax.


If all goes well *knocks vigorously on wood* I'll hopefully be getting 30 more of these babies.
