hydromorphone question
i have 6 (4mg) pills of hydromorphone
these are they... http://www.drugs.com/imprints/m-4-489.html shood i snort these or pop these and how many mg should i take considering im extremely opiate tolerant especially to oxycodone,morphine/hydrocodone

I hate to sound like such a junkie... but seriously, you gotta boot morphine and morphine derivatives or you're going to be real disappointed. 4mg of hydromorhpone IV'd will fucking kick your ass, but if you have the tolerance you say you do, you'll probably have to snort all of it to get a 'high' goin.

hydromorphone (dilaudid) is pretty potent, but you said you have a tolerance. if i were u id shoot them, if thats not your thing, i would rail them. start off with a low dose, remember you can always redose, but cant do anythin if you took too much
