making salvia extract

i need some help making my own salvia. i was looking at instructions and vids online and this was the best vid i could find =/.

what im confused about is at the end when he says u do this 3 times. what do i do 3 times? take the filtered out leaves and soak them in more acetone?

and another thing is the measurements for the leaves. i found instructions that say take 100g of leaves but i dont have that much lol. how much do i use if i just want 1g of 5x or 10x? just 5g grinded up and extract into 1g of leaves makes 5x and 10g makes 10x? etc. is that how it works?
