Yes, this is true, but from my experience opiates are harder to get off of than coke. Opiates are an every day thing that you wake up to craving, while coke is a 'few-times-a-week' thing.

That's the start of a problem, whether you want to believe it or not. Most people 20 or 21 aren't doing a 100 bucks of coke a night man. I was for awhile and that was just the start. I would suggest that after your birthday, you stay clear of the stuff for a couple months. " but i dont crave it and i feel i have control over it" Is that a serious statement? Denial man, this shit is text book addiction. You're going to kill an 8ball for your birthday with MAYBE one other person? Now you're not even doing the drug socially, you're doing it alone. That's another step to addiction. After your birthday, stay clear of it for awhile. You don't crave it? You just did 2 grams to yourself, and plan on picking up another 8ball. That's nearly 6 grams in the same week man... Take a look in the mirror and overcome this shit before it overwhelmes you. That's coming from an Ex-Coke addict. Shit took me several years to get fully off it, and I've only been clean a week. That " Oh, it'll never happen to me" mentality is bullshit, cause that's exactly how I thought. Then I woke up and looked in the mirror one morning... The reflection will never be the same.
