Well I was planning on buying some vicos(5/500) off a friend. I've never tried them before and thought either 3 or 4 would be good if I was going to swallow them.

But I heard if you extract the acetaminophen out of the pills you can dose a lot more hydro then by swallowing and not get fucked over at higher doses.

So if I did an extraction how much would be good? I thought between 20mg-35mg with the extraction would be a better dose then 15mg-20mg swallowing.

So should I extract or just swallow? And if I do extract should I get more then 6 pills?

You might want to look this up just to be sure but a normal human should be able to handle 4 grams of apap in a day as long as you aren't doing it everyday. that would amount to 40 mg of hydro, which is a pretty high dose if i am correct.

Extractins you can reasonably believe that you will loose out on some of the opiate in the process, but yo ualso have the comfort of knowing your not hurting oyur liver as much.

Does apap contribute to the nausea at all or is that just caused by opiates in general?

If it's your first time taking them, just take two. Wait like a half hour if you want more take another one or two.

3-4 will be fine for a first time dose.

also cwe wont really be needed unless you really want to get rid of the 2 grams of acetaminophen
