Well i have been struggling for a while, and i have really been trying to cope with my anxiety issues.
My psychologist diagnosed me with general anxiety, and social anxiety. And i have tried every method of helping other than medication.
Meditation, exersize, relaxing.
I just am sick and tired of it.
I have heard about this, and did some research about the side effects, and i think in low enough doses, it could really help.
Not all the time.
But enough to help.



And i have a dr appointment tomorrow morning, and was wondering if there is a way that i could get some prescription xanax.

Not true, I asked for it and received it. Anyway, before you step into Xanax for anxiety, talk to your doctor about longer half-life benzo's such as Klonopin/Valium, etc. Xanax is without a doubt the most addictive of the Benzo's and has a horrific withdrawal if you don't tamper it down. I would know, I've used/abused and went through cold turkey withdrawals being laid up for a whole week. Just talk to your doctor about your options.
