Not until you explain why it shouldn't still be legal. And it is illegal in many of the stupider states.

It is going to be extremely hard to enforce laws against Salvia. Unlike weed, it isn't as easily distinguishable. As for salvia as a high, it can be extremely intense, and for that 10 minute span of tripping.. you won't know who you are, where you are, or what your doing. Salvia can be used as somewhat of a party drug when proper ratios are mixed with weed. Remember those days where you first smoked weed and laughed non stop for no reason? Well, try mixing some salvia in with your weed and you'll get pretty much the same effects. Don't over do it on the salvia or you'll start tripping (which isn't necessarily a bad thing imo lol, but never good at a party). Something like 70% weed, 30% salvia.. makes for a good time.

I never stated my opinion regarding the legality of salvia. I only asked if anyone knew why salvia was legal, when compared to the history of the US incriminating substances.
