Making kratom tea with an extract

I looked around and found ways to make kratom tea with the kratom LEAVES but nothing about using an extract. What do you do with an extract? I was considering a 20x extract and Im not sure how I would prepare it because the instructions for using leaves say to boil, strain, boil again, etc etc.

With an extract you still have to boil right? Do you just boil once, and let it get down to a certain volume? What volume of water/kratom tea should you stop at?

If anyone knows how to use the extract, please let me know.
