r there any health risks involved with doing salvia?

i was looking online for like 10 minutes and so far i dont see anything, other than regular problems due to the smoke like irritated lungs and what not.

But seriously, I've smoked salvia quite a few times, as well as quided (is that a word) a few times, and I've experienced nothing but amazing incredibleness that cannot be put into words.

I'm not 100% sure you're being sarcastic so if you're not, he is lying. Nobody has ever died due to salvia.

The only health risks i can think of is maybe falling over after smoking it, or something like that.
You cant usually control yourself when your high on salvia, so make sure your in a comfy chair and have someone to take the pipe/bong away from you after you inhale.

They should also make sure you stay in the chair till you "come back."

I've never had salvia but read qute a bit about it.

Things to do and not to do are:

To do:
Have a friend who is not smoking salvia to be a babysitter your first time. They need to make sure you dont do anything dumb, like trip over furnature or get hurt.

Have candles instead of lights, bright light is aparantly bad. Make sure the person isnt gonna let you get burned on the candles either.

Play some chill music that will relax you.


DONT:

Watch TV
Play video games
Try to use it as a party drug, salvia is more of a in the privacy of someplace comfortable thing. Dont try to use it infront of tons of people.


Remember, these are only suggestions from things I've read, I dont have any personal experience with this.

Yo Killswitch92, I just tried Salvia for the first time this week. The stuff is no joke. If you want to party or go out on it like it's weed I say NO! NO! NO!

I took a small amout of X5 with no sitter and blacked out into a deam state for 20 minutes or so. very intese. not for having 'fun' and you need sober people near you.

Good luck with it dude, you'll need a pipe or bong and torch lighter is recommeded, or just use a normal one but get it as hot as you can. Take 1-2 pull hold them in for 30 seconds. I took 1 hit and I was out. If you hold it in for too short or it's not hott enough you'll get an odd buzz for about 10 minutes make sure you take it right.

Very spirtual stuff, not like any other drug I've ever tried.

I have mental problem that played little part in the overall trip. That was my biggest fear.

Enjoy yourself on it dude. I say get some 10x. go into your mind/soul and see whats there.

Yo dude if your going to use Ebay PM what your buying I tell you if it's legit get some of my boys to look it over. I would find a local headshop or find one online, if they say not to the US email them and say it's legal in your state.
