Most any drug can be dangerous.

One bar is quite a low dosage though, you'll be fine. Relax and enjoy the high.

They will make you seem really drunk, forget things, and possibly black out. You could do things you don't remember, and possibly get hurt because of your situation.

Safe as it ODing. It is almost impossible to overdose and die on xanax due to its bonding to the brain, barbituates (similar to benzo's) are possible to OD on because they saturate the brain's receptors whereas benzos chances are you will pass out before you can even od.

Now if you took a HUGE dose you could essentially kill yourself chemically on benzo's, but that is highly unlikely. The real danger comes from what you do while on the drug that you may not remember.

If you were in an enclosed environment, however, benzo's are on of the safest pills seeing as its pretty hard to od on them unless you actually try to kill youself.

Anyone who wants to argue with me on this please look up the bondage of benzodiazapines to the brains receptors.

this man knows his shit. i think i read somewhere the ld-50 (where half of people will OD and die) is around 750mg, so unless you are counting on poppin 300 bars at once, you are fine there.

However, still fitting in the 'safety' category, you are more at risk for doing extremely stupid shit that you will not remember (if you take way too much). Only have with you what you are willing to take, so don't go somewhere with 10 bars in your pocket unless you want to wake up in some random field without any bars left wondering what happened.

they seem to lower social inhibitions, so if you are impulsive that could be an issue.

Simplified version: do it right, you will be fine. don't pass 2-3 mg's, or do, your choice.
