i love shrooms, however i easily get bad trips, i want to try acid soon but i want to avoid bad trips. are shrooms anything at all like acid? and whats the difference between a bad trip on shrooms than one on acid?

It's all about your mindset going into the trip. If you have something weighing on your mind, or your scared about it. Don't do it.

Dude, if you get bad trips on shrooms easily, why would you want to try acid?

I personally (keyword personally) feel that acid is more peaceful and will be harder to have a bad trip. However, I am not one to enjoy tripping for a long period of time, which for me makes it easier to have a bad trip. I trip shrooms all the time and can control my trips (most of the time) If you think hard about it, its a really easy thing to do. I'd say give one hit a try if you really want to and see how it goes. Start small, then go big. Enjoy! Tripping is amazing once you learn how to just go with the flow of your trips and let your mind take you where it wants you to go..

Yeah I almost had a bad acid trip my first time, it's really different the coming up part on lsd then on shrooms. It's more intense and quicker on shrooms while on acid its drawn out but more peaceful so it's harder to experience a bad trip on acid. You may want to settle any problems that you may have mentally before tripping on acid since it seemsthe bad trips you get on shrooms repeatedly are probably associated with something. If you do do lsd, dont look in a mirror. You won't go crazy or something, it just reallly freaks some people out.

bad trips on acid are probably 10 times worse..acid is much much much much more intense..when on shrooms you can remember you are on shrooms and sometimes you can calm your self down and say hallucinations are fake...on acid all previous memories of taking it getting it are erased and when i had my first bad trip i, in my heart thought that the hindu goddess of death (Kali look up pictures its scary) was there to kill me..it can be very intense

but I have had "bad" trips where I faced my self and was put in my place

i found the opposite effects for me

acid is way easier to control then shrooms. on them mushies i cant even make sense what even the simplest word means. it wiped my memory, and my thoughts are on overdrive. but on lucy, it feels like more a "enhancement" to life. easy to control your thoughts. shrooms in my opinion has more visuals

I have actually found that I am more likely to get a bad trip on shrooms. That could just be me though. It all depends on how your brain processes the drug.

If you have any experience with MDMA, try just a little bit of that with it. MDMA effects you by releasing large amounts of endorphins in your blood, which is the 'happy hormone'. That is why it feels so good. So when you are on MDMA, even smaller amounts, everything you think about kinda goes through a happy filter. In turn, it will turn your trip into a good one, no matter what. But you still want to be in a safe, comfortable place, with people you trust.

^ If you do this, do it right. Read up on candy flipping (LSD + MDMA). I've never done it, but i heard it's easy to mess up if you take them at the wrong times relative to each other. Something about not wanting the peaks or comedowns to affect each other.
