Ive heard of people taking nutmeg (2-4 tbs) and getting high off it for a very long time.

Im wondering the blades experiences with this spice. Im not using it because I cant afford weed or anything like that, I just want to try it for fun.

if you can get it down go for it. but i tried to get a little bit down but i kept gagging because the smell is so pungent. and it doesnt pack too well in pills so you need like 20+ to get enough for the desired effects

most likely you'll feel super drowsy, puke alot, and then feel sick and have a headache. or it'll be just a big waste of time.

It really is not worth it and is not too healthy for your body. But if you still want to see what all the rage is about and want to try it yourself, I suggest doing some research on www.erowid.org and getting your shit straight before trying it.

I read up on erowid before posting on GC. On erowid most people said it was a good experience, and will possibly try it again. Most people on erowid said the stomach ache went away after the 3rd hour.

Most people on GC said it is awful, stupid, and dangorus. No offence to GC or anything but I think this is because of people on GC not trying it and just ripping on it because its not a real drug. If this is the case with some of the posters on the nutmeg forums, you guys should get a life and dont talk shit about things you have no idea. Dont pretend you know everything about drugs when you dont. This may not be the case and it could very well be that people on GC have tryed it and hated it so if you are one of these people ignore the small "get a life" rant.

Im still going to do more reading about it, and if I do decide to do it it will be on the weekend, so I can have a while to recover and get back to normal.

I've tried it but it never worked.

Mystricin is an essential oil which can be turned into an essential amphetamine. Thats the drug that makes you get high on nutmeg.

If you could find a way to get pure mystricin you could either eat it or convert it to the amphetamine form and use it that way, but I dont know how you would get pure mystricin, so it sucks having to eat a ton of nutmeg

Uhh no, I said most people on GC said it was bad, when a lot of good responses came from erowid, i was just saying that some of the people on GC may have been saying things that they "heard" and could be false. After I wrote that I also wrote if this is not the case just ignore it.

You obvisouly dident read through the bad trips and trip disaster sections on erowid. Ive read that the effects of nutmeg are very unplesant
