Sharkbite hotsauce is REALLY good. I haven't been able to find it in a while, but it has a LOT of flavor and a decent amount of heat.

God I love hot sauce, my favorite are probably Franks for flavor, Tobasco for heat, Louisiana and Cholula are really good too.

I rarely put it on anything, but if you want a really big kick try some Dave's Insanity.

but for mexican food it's allllll about homemade salsa/pico de gallo. (or hot taco bell sauce, i have a stash)

my secret, orgasmic recipe:
el pato, tomatoes, onions, jalepenos, limes, cilantro, salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar.

get those ingrediants and have fun. its really easy and you can make it exactly how you like it.
