Hey man, glad to see you care enough to change.
Just eat healthy man. In bootcamp ( PT once a day, stretches, jumping jacks, situps, diamond pushups, running, cross knee crunches, mountain climbers, etc... ) It lasted about an hour. 30 minutes of various excercises, and 30 minutes self paced run. Eating chicken, fish, and rice, and eggs for breakfast ( and oatmeal) plus that workout, I lost something like 30 pounds in 6 weeks man. Eating healthy and continuing this really helps. I went into bootcamp weighing 210-215 and a 2 pack a day smoker. I couldn't run or do shit too well. That was back in the middle of october. Now I weigh 165-170. Muscle. Got a nice 6 pack working, and I love life. I'm running 1.5 miles in about 10:20, and I go for a jog everyday. I wake up and do pushups ( regular and diamond) and leg lifts for about 20 minutes each morning, alternating between the two. I feel great, and will spend 15 minutes or so each morning just looking in the mirror. ![]() .Running is really the key. Once you start, your metabolism will quicken up, and it's a good beginning. I'm really into it now, and it's a real confidence builder.

COKE... and lots of it! haha i'm only kidding although when I was a coke head I lost 50 pounds and have managed to keep it off even after stopping my problem. I love it. However I would never promote doing a drug to get "healthy" because it's the exact opposite

I just do pushups and leg lifts each morning. Going side to side with the leg lifts helps a lot too. My daily diet as of right now: whatever is cheap. I've been surviving on whatever. I'm active enough to burn anything, although it isn't too healthy. Chicken, fish, rice, mashed potatoes, eggs= all great things. I try to eat as much fish as I can. I really feel it helps with the skin as well as being delicious and healthy, and many quite simple recipes. Before I went in, I had to drop 10 pounds. It was a thursday, and My trip to MEPS for my physical was tuesday. I dropped 11 pounds in that time. Lots of basketball, running, and chicken. Tuna fish and green beans is amazingly healthy too. A lot of people I know have dropped major pounds eating those two. Cook up what you like man. And when you can cook well, it's a plus with the ladies .

Go for a protein/fiber diet and eat small eats, but eat 6 times a day. The goal is to not get full, but to just eat and be sustained.
Work out at least every other day for at least 30 minutes, to help jumpstart your metabolism, and the fat will slim off in no time Cut the pop drinks and snacks. Diet soda is usually fine, but water is best.

if losing fat is what you want to do then i have 2 words for you...
interval training... at least i think thats what its called just pick any activity that you can go full out in, like sprinting, a bicycle, etc. what you do is you warm up first, then jog/ride/whatever at a regular speed for 3 minutes, then for a minute-minute n a half go full out as hard as you can, then return back to a normal speed for 3 minutes, then go full out, repeat this say like 4 times ur first day, then 5 the next, and keep progressing with running your body becomes used to it, so although it might boost your metabolism alot at first, it will eventually require you to run twice as far as in the beginning and that can make ur workouts longer and longer, even hours eventually, with interval training it only increases the time by a few minutes each day combine this with a healthy diet and a workout program and you'll be ripped in no time interval training one day, weight training the next, and do one every other day
