Vicodin and CWE question

I have 5 vicodin pills which read M368, I looked it up and its 7.5mg of hydro/ and I think 750 mg of w/e the stuff is that 4g is the limit lol. I want to do a CWE but im not sure how so details would be nice, last time I took 2.5 of the pills and the effects weren't that good =/, felt nasuiea from the 1.9g of that stuff tho.

The other stuff is apap or aceteminophen, and most likely you felt sick from the hydrocodone, and not the tylenol.
