The reason I questioned the boiling is because I don't have a stove I can use for 3 hours to boil it, someone in my house will ask what I'm doing, so I was seeing if I could just blend up a cacti smoothy.

Yea man definatly try it , I was a little skepticle at first but it ended up being a nice, smooth , LONG trip . Whenever you get your cactus and blend it up you will see that it would take a very courageous person to swallow down that gunk , you more than likey will throw up before your even half-way through . Cactus sludge pie , damn I almost threw up . I would say that you should find a friend with a stove that you can use .

I'm thinking about it now, a key lime pie only with chuncks of foamy cactus in it.

I've got a list of some flower places around, only a few are local mom/pop type places, then theres the home depot and stuff, hopefully they arn't to expensive and I get them tommorow.

I'll cook it up once everyone goes to sleep since it seems impossible I'll be able to drink the sludge, and thats without ever smelling it

Not to mention that the cactus actually filled 3 blenders full. I had to do a little of the cactus, then cut more, then blend more, ect. so you would be drinking a fuck ton of nasty shit if you decide to go that route. probably more than a 2 liter bottle worth.

Just be presistant. it took me about 6 weeks of occasionally checking around to find this cactus.

The trip is very nice, lasts around 10 hours with another 3-4 hours of after glow. But it is very gentle and subtle.

The come up is about 2 hours, and then all of a sudden you realize you are tripping. Its very beautiful stuff. Not meant to be abused.

I went to a bunch of stores today, home depot, lowes, and this local nursery. The local one has these little cactus, i didn't even bother checking the species, and the other two didn't have any cacti

yeah it expands a lot when you blend it. Once its all boiled down its down to about 6-10oz. definitely a more managable amount for consumption

yep. like I said. I will do an acid/ base sometime soon. but at the time, i felt like tripping and wanted to do so soon, not 2 days later.

ive never tried LSA. The only teas I have made is poppy pod tea which isnt too bad of a taste and this mescaline tea which is fucking awful. You just chase it down with some OJ, then when you feel sick (usually a couple hours later) you throw up and then the fun begins. 10 hours of pure euphoria.
