A Complete MDMA Synthesis for the First Time Chemist

I did a few years of Chemistry at uni. Gave it a quick once over, doesn't look too hard. I'd be interested to see what kind of yield you'd get.

But I wouldn't recommend anyone with no experience doing this. The possiblity of a tainted end-product, low yield, or even something like fire, I wouldn't risk it.

there is no easy mdma synth, and the chems you need are all on federal watch, if you buy a combination of any of em the feds are gonna raid the fuck out of your house n just for having those chemicals ur gonna go to jail for a long time

have you tried this? I remember seeing the tutorial for ergot synthesizing and it was fucking confusing. I almost tried it, but I knew I would probably light something on fire.

True, very very true. I have been over this synthesis many times and seen and read what is needed to be done to stay safe and yield big.

Im getting the the hot plate new but other than that everything is coming from a special friend in the business.


To bongtroc1ty: Nope, I have seen first hand what it takes and its all dependent on the certain portion of the synth and taking it one step at a time, for instance certain operations have time restraints and if you don't match those restraints you have to start from step one. With the proper no how and several good tips your set and should be making bank and with the cost of molly on the streets nowadays (anywhere from 25-50 a pop) you'll make it. The key here is reading as much about Organic Chemistry as possible, even if it has nothing to do with MDMA or the chem your synthesizing, just read articles and forums and blogs and shit, after a while it actually gets interesting and you will begin to understand what's being said.

If I'm not too paranoid about posting the setup when i get it going I might just have to post some pics.

Oh btw, the LSD synth is way to... hard. lol

Too much negativity here.. Hey folks, I found this thread and I thought I would comment. There are MANY routes to MDMA. Most of them require chemicals that you probably can only buy through chem supply houses. However, there are a few that you can do which require only things that can be purchased OTC. The trick is getting your hands on Safrole bearing essential oil. Sassafras and camphor (brown and yellow) are watched very closely. Anything with Piperonal in it is also (since there is a synth for MDA with Piperonal floating around). You can definitely find oils that have lower safrole content, on the order of 10%, which are not terribly expensive.. or you can look into other methods.. google for "sustainable safrole" and learn about botany Once you have the Safrole, it actually gets pretty easy. Shulgin's method is pretty simple, compared to some of the methods (using Nitromethane in a pressure vessel, and so on). If you want a reliable method using Nitromethane, look around for "osmium" and "nitromethane" and find his method which adds a step. Takes longer but it seems more reliable. There are other ways as well, using acetic acid (instead of formic acid) which are seriously OTC. Again.. RESEARCH. Bottom line is.. to synth anything from anything, you had BETTER have an organic chem textbook, have learned it, and have played around with chems and substances before, otherwise you risk making an inactive or even poisonous compound, without knowing you've done so. Let alone the whole explody problem when dealing with flammable liquids. Oh and BTW, the synth CAN be done without lab glassware.. but you need to know which steps require which conditions, and be handy with tools, tubes, seals, and so on. Some of them can be done in metal without harm, some cannot. Some can be done in normal glass, some cannot. Kitchen sections are great for Pyrex vessels and silicone gasket material (auto store) is great for seals. And yes, LSD is a -hard- synth.. one which you simply cannot do without $10k in lab equipment, along with proper isolation and so on (so you don't trip the second you make it MDMA is NOT a -hard- synth. It's only difficult because the obvious precursors are so heavily watched.
