cant snort new ADHD meds..

hey, guys. maybe this isnt new to some of you, but i just wanted to give everyone a heads up, cause i almost made a 5 dollar mistake lol.

if anyone comes across the new adhd pills called Vyvanse, do NOT snort em. they use a new formula that requires stomache acid to activate the amphetamines that are in there. stumbled upon this article last night..

If anyone tries to snort or inject the medication, it simply will not work. The chemical formula of the medication utilizes a safeguard that restricts the drug's effectiveness when it is not taken orally. The medication only works when the active ingredient comes into contact with your stomach acids.

like i said, just wanted to give everyone the heads up about it. popped a 70mg though, and i am SO buzzed up right now.. speedin balls

anyway, heres what the pills looks like. the print on em says NRP104 (not sure if the numbers will stay the same for dif. doses)



anyway, i read on a dif. site last night that theyre gonna be using the same formula in most other adhd meds.. so us "thrillseekers", ask they put it, cant snort em to get higher. hate to be the bearer of bad news, sorry guys. cant find the site im talkin bout right now, but when i do find it ill edit it onto here. peace

They also plan to do this to OxyContin, but they said the pill you cant snort wont be out til 09 or something

They're called Vyvanse, had em before. Not as powerful as adderall.

before we know it theyll be doin this kinda shit with all the pills we know and love.

to TokingToker: yeah, theyre def. not as strong as addy (vyvanse is generic) but a 70mg had me speedin balls last night. got 2 more of these motherfuckers, too.

and to chicken tava: uhh, the capsule opens up and theres powder in it. thats what most people around here are used to. even with adderall xr, but with those you have to grind up the beads that are inside. too much work lol are you used to having to grind up the whole pill or what?

you can get pretty good effects after like 100-140mg. i personally dont see the point of snorting any pill besides oxycontin or demerol. i used to snort lots of adderall and dexedrine but then i realized it didnt get me any higher and the side effects were worse.

Thanks for the heads up my brother is prescribed the 50 mgs and i was gonna snort one but now i think im gonna eat it.

50mgs? you prolly wont feel much. id go with at least 100.

I took one of the 50's before work and i felt great i was so focused on bussing all the tables in the resturaunt lol.

no problem man thought this would help at least a coupla people out lol.

and just a heads up: low doses are still fun and they get you speedin, but to get an actual high from em, try takin 2 or 3 of those pills/150mg.

thats one of the reasons why i like perscrip. amphetamines like this, cause you can choose whether you want to get high, or just motivated and wired.

only thing that pisses me off bout these pills is it takes wayyy too long to kick in. i miss the lovable, snortable addy im used to lol. but yeah, other than that these things are pretty fuckin fire.
