I personally love ativan wwaaayy more than xanies.

I've only taken the small .5mg ativan to calm me down when i've had bad anxiety, the most i took was 2 of the .5mg at once, but as far as calming purposes go i'd agree with you, cause i used to take .5mg-1mg of xanax to calm me down, i found it made me more sleepy and ativan seemed to make me feel better faster, but my mom script of those ran out so i havn't had those in a while, and i havn't eaten a bar in months, but i might try to get a few if i see my friend tomorrow.

Ive never done xanax so I cant compare the two. but i have done ativan quite a bit since i knew someone with a script, they never really did much for me except knock me out. that being said, ive never been a fan of benzo's
