Yes. I bought 250 Seeds of the Ghana strain from Iamshaman and wondering how many should I take for the first time?

I think I'm either going to chew them up real good or grind them down, put that powder in water and swallow that.

I'd like to trip pretty good, and I have ganja and antacids on hand so the nausea shouldn't be that bad.

I was thinking along the lines of 10 seeds?

What do you think?

10-15 is average.

I'd say start with ten. I'd reccomend grinding them, too. Coffee grinder would work.

just about every experience ive read about HBWR, everyone gets nausea. sometimes severe and sometimes mild. would taking a gram of Soy Lecithin the day before and a gram an hour before ingestion of the HBWR help with the nausea?? ive read that taking the lecithin helps reduce the nausea from Kava and Kratom. any ideas???
