Personally I'd like to see governments offering cash grants to people in exchange for being rendered infertile.

Alternatively, and slightly harsher, would be the idea of having to pass tests / pay to be able to have the right to have children, and being limited to one.

Of course it'd be much better if we could manage our resources better but I honestly don't see that happening!

With current technology we can create babies without needing to have sperm. I say we give all new born boys a vasectamy. Later on if they decide to have a child, they apply for the right and if they are permited to have a child then the procedure to have the invetro performed would be paid for.

why dont we just be like the ancient greek spartans and only keep the babys that are ideal, as in a perfectly healthy specimen. use the others for stem cell reshearch or something, im sure we could find a use for them. then the babys are given to parents that have applied to raise a new baby, and not the actual 2 that concieved the newborn.

the spartans raised their kids to be warriors, what could we raise ours to be?

If you give newborns a vasectomy then they have no sperm to make a baby from, therefor vasectomy at birth won't work.

theres a terrible mismanagement of resources on earth. its completely possible to have double the current population with no diseases, poverty or war. its not something that happens overnight but it is possible.

as for mass killings. err... maybe we could just pick out certain people to kill. like whites, they fucked up for a long period of time, so it would only be logical.

Idk. Through all the species and creatures throughout the world the one thing that prevented this gross of an overpopulation is competition. There isn't another species that competes with humans. It's really sad and really scary because there's a possibility it will be us that will start competing.
