Well here in the next couple of hours ill be making myself some Kava Tea. This is my first ever experience with Kava.

Anyone ever experienced Kava at all?

just mixed about .5-.7g of Kava Kava extract into a glass of water. the taste isnt the most pleasant thing, but its not bad either.

it also has a nice numbing affect on the mouth. pretty soothing overall.

i think it takes alot of kava to get a high from it, i know at my head shop they sale "Herbal zan-X" and its just kava root extract in pill form, i almost grabbed some ive read alot about it on erowid but that i passed, let us know how it goes

yeah it was nothing too special. slight euphoria. a little slight body buzz. but it was free. i know the owner of an ethnobotanicals company so i get these weird things to try all the time. but nothing id try again.

i have some LSA for another night, perhaps tomorrow.

I take Kava relatively often. I have Kava tea (Yogi brand) and Kava extract. Never taken capsules.

Mere hours ago I consumed a cup of Kava tea made with 3 teabags and 20 drops of extract. Steeped for about 8 or so minutes. Couple squeezes of honey too.

Fast forward to the present, the ever present now, and I feel absolutely fine. I mean like fine with a slight emphasis placed on euphoria and good vibes. My legs don't quite feel like they're attached to my body and I know I'm about to crash like a drunk driver on a stormy prom night. Granted, I've had myself a few bowls in addition, but I'll give the Kava credit where its due.

thank you for sharing your experience, seems like we had very similar experiences minus me smoking marijuana to enhance the feelings.

i might also try the root extract ive read numerous places that the root extract is much more potent than buying the actual pre-made extracts online. mine was a gift so no investment was lost.
