Atomoxine (Strattera) question(s)

Firstly, if my last dose of ~75 mg of amphetamine salts was yesterday (I've been completely down for a few hours at least) will taking atomoxine now cause any problems? I've read that it can potentially but I figure that it's mostly out of me by now.

Secondly, would atomoxine show a false positive on a drug test. I have seen mostly no's and the yes's I have seen aren't based on any chemistry. This isn't for me at all but my friend is worried about random drugs tests. The metabolites don't seem at all chemically similar to ampetamine's but I don't know how the preliminary tests work. I'm not sure if his school does a follow up GC/MS but I would assume by law they have to (?confused?).

Finally, is 125mg enough for a trip at all? If it's not I guess I'll save it for study purposes or give it away.



For those of you who saw my dissolving thread, the bead test was somewhat of a success. Precipitate was present (I'm guessing this wasn't all binding agents) but there were beads left over. I just stirred it to a suspension and drank it. I found that a plastic handle of a screw driver or something against a glass cup works fairly well to crush adderall.

There's a vault on erowid and it causes mild to moderate auditory hallucinations and possible CVE and a mild stimulant effect. I know it's not very recreational but I've never tried it before and it seems like it would be decent. Still looking on dosage and false positive potential. It wouldn't have any interaction with the amps other than possible reducing the effect of the atomoxine (and it won't because of the time of my last dose)

Well, since it's not even an analogue of amphetamine or even Ritalin, I don't think the amps you had earlier will affect it, nor will it show up on a drug test.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing on the false positive. I ingested the capsules like 40-50 mins ago, yet to feel any real effects. It may be important that I'm quite stubborn and rule a lot of the actual effects of a drug as placebo the first time or two I try it. Nothing like amphetamines so far although I straightened up my bedroom in 10 minutes (like 2 seconds from being done right now) versus the 15-20 I normally do (lol)


I'm going to tell him that it won't show up on a drug test tommorow unless I get some real proof otherwise. He gets too paranoid about those drug tests. I swear, every time we smoke he's like, what if erowid is wrong and it takes over 3 days to get out of my urine. Christ, feels like he'll only smoke up with me on fridays before like 6 PM now. He hasn't even ever been tested.

Someone just called me and they're freaking the fuck out. They had 25mg of IR and 25mg of XR amphetamine, then another 25mg of XR like an hour after that and then another 25mg of IR like 40 mins ago. That doesn't seem high enough to be an OD but he's saying he did. What do I tell him? Quick please. I told him to check his temp and sip ice water or gatorade and that I'd call him back. I think he's just being a bitch and talking himself into an OD but I don't know what to say.

100mg of adderall is not enough to overdose on. He's probably just spun right the fuck out. If he doesn't calm the fuck down, find him some benzos.

I think I have ADD really bad... I took 80-100mgs of Adderall and I didn't feel like I was speeding. I just felt pretty out of it and lazy. Who knows though.

I say toss them... I have never done them but it seems like they won't really do anything.

I knew it was Adderall man.... I got it right out of the bottle and looked the pill up on the internet and the chic it was prescribed to confirmed that it was Adderall. The reason I did an estimate was because I don't remember the MG on it. It might have been 20mg per pill or 25mg per pill.

thanks for the input guys, everything is chill. strater is definitely a stim and recreational to at least some degree. i havent had any hardcore hallucinations but this is definitely something. not quite sure what to do. i shouldve thought through this more. im all alone taking a psychedelic ive never used before and have no idea how its going to affect me. i probably could drive fine if i concentrated hard enough but im not really sure and like i said i never did it before. better safe than sorry they say.


it kind of feels like a mild opiate experience with the numbness/tingly of benadryl (o everyone does that shit at least once) except with a ton more headgames or whatever. i can type fine and am milidey energized. mild audiotry hallucins were happening a little while ago

Adderall to someone with no stimulant experience could be deadly at 50 mg...

its called EXPONENTIAL AND STEEP STEEP EXPONENTIAL OVERDOSE CURVE!

100 mg would kill most people with no stimulent tolerance...MOST!

but 50 mg could kill especially if that day they drink caffeine or get overheated...

especially if they have a heart problem or get their heart rate up drink caffeine and get overheated...

30 or 40 could even be uncomfortable for someone with no stimulant tolerance...

I am did psychopharmacology research and took Adderall for years...don't argue...

this is deadly advice to tell someone to take 100 mg...
