Ok, take the action of crossing a road...

The width of a road can be halved an infinite amount of times over, therefore to cross the road you would have to cross an infinite amount of space... how can one cross inifinity?

the sound of one hand clapping is clapping...it creates a clapping sound no matter what surface its clapping against

and no if no one is there a tree does not make a sound becuz there is no living thing with ears to filter the sound waves so as to hear it

again why is the sky blue? =P

The blue color of the sky is due to Rayleigh scattering. As light moves through the atmosphere, most of the longer wavelengths pass straight through. Little of the red, orange and yellow light is affected by the air.

However, much of the shorter wavelength light is absorbed by the gas molecules. The absorbed blue light is then radiated in different directions. It gets scattered all around the sky. Whichever direction you look, some of this scattered blue light reaches you. Since you see the blue light from everywhere overhead, the sky looks blue.

Next question: Why is Pandora's Box in the Website Feedback Section. Was it originally intended to be something else? Since now it is used for serious discussions and questions, was this it's original purpose?

I dunno why it's here. I'm pretty sure (other blades correct me if I'm wrong) that it came about after two blades got into a rather... how shall we say... inflammatory argument... Pandora's box was created for those arguments that were a little too heated.

Dunno how it's run now but before it became the sex forum there used to be one rule: what's said in the box stays in the box.

anyway, this is a paradox I thought of after smoking a lot of weed.

if an object is comming at you from a great didtance away traveling faster than the speed of light (assuming thats possible) will you feel it hit you before you see it?

Yes, and then to retain all-power He can become stronger than before to lift it. Then He can again create a joint so big He can't lift it, and again become stronger. There is no limit to opnipotent ability. The reasoning is because All-Power is Infinite Power, it is not an amount, it is limitless.

Actually it is both proof and disproof. So in a sense it is correct in a very abstract way, it doesn't have a true answer- it's more about how you look at it. (which is a true answer) Interesting paradox. Paradox inside paradox. Interesting.

Prove you exist.

Not really a paradox, but I'll give it a swing-

"I think, therefore I am" would be the old school way to prove it, but my spin is that if a being has problems, he exists. You cannot have non-existance and have problems. There are many more things to that we have that we simply couldn't if we didn't exist. Emotion comes to mind, or any experience. Experience=existance to me.

Incredible paradox there. Wouldn't that be the truth? Unless he tells the truth sometimes. Then it wouldn't be the truth, and would be a lie. Never heard that one before.

Assuming it's possible makes it not a paradox, but yes it would hit you before you saw it, like how you see a baseball get hit before you hear the sound of the bat.
