DON'T defoliate!!!! I tried that load of shit before and all it does is majorly stunt growth. No benefits at all. LST and top, maybe try super cropping. But don't defoliate.

I guess LST will help evenly distribute the sun. ill definitely top because i want a short bush

Listen to mjmamma. Dont cut the leaves off. Indoor lighting is weak and sometimes it helps with penetration, but old sol is strong and the leaves are the solar factories that produce growth.

I watch my shade leaves closely and avoid any yellowing. You can effect yield in a hurry when you loose your solar panels.

Very true clodhopper ill leave them alone. i may top a few times just to get a couple more colas but im for sure doing LST
