| Re: First grow finally harvested, thanks for all the help.
Thanks for the kind words guys, GC and another uk forum have been a great inspiration for me.
Will be certain to update with a total yield and smoke report, its the least I can do for what I have learned here.
Patrio, this is certainly my first outdoor grow though I have had a couple indoors before I discovered forums like GC, my indoor results were somewhat smaller all round including yield but still worthwhile. This is certainly my best result ever, though I had a little help from an anonymous friend.
I put my sucess down to reading Old Porks whole grow show last year, and lots of research and hard work in general. It just shows anyone can do it with some good basic guidelines and a whole lot of effort!!
The pics are of Nirvana Papaya which I wouldnt do again outside in the UK, prolly fine if you get more sun though, the rain just set in for the next three days so even though the buds are rather leafy and could have gone longer I feel I made the right decision. Once again following Old Pork and harvesting the largest cola's before the rain, this is about 40% from one of my Papaya's the other seems better developed but got less sun so the buds arent as fat or numerous unfortunately. Not a brown trichome in sight anywhere so they definately need the exra week or two.
Got some other strains still out battling the rain so its not over yet, but they are healthy as can be with very few yellow sunleaves.
Thx for droppin by.
