| Re: Dankohzee's '09 Organic Swamp Grow (Cantharis Style)
Well folks, this will be my last update from the '09 season. I have everything packed and today is the day I head south. Next week I reckon I'll start my scouting thread. The idea for next year is 100 plants, but I have to be honest, I'm not sure I can pull it off. I'm going into this blind and will need to find new plot sites and observe them throughout the winter and spring. I'm going to need to err on the side of caution, so I'm sure they'll be somewhat remote until I get a better feel for the area. Right now I'm looking for deep south strains that will be a sure thing for me. If anyone has any suggestions, you can post them in my '10 thread. Wish me luck. Driving 10 hours with green-weight in the back is never fun.

Well it was a nice trip. I got a good look at some of the country a few of our resident growers call home and damn! This country is ganja growers paradise man. I wish I could roam the country like Johny Appleseed, planting ganja for the masses. We've sure got a nice chunk of land to do what we like to do. I'm actually sitting in a hotel right now, staring at some beautiful mountains. It's too bad water was such an issue, because the side of a mountain would be a great place to stick a hundred females : ). After all, people do hike mountains for no reason, but not usually random mountains that are super steep sided. I'd do it for a nice crop though. I would have absolutely no problem watering those bitches if I knew the terrain made them safe from predators. Problem is water. Getting it up a steep hill side isn't easy. I did it about five years ago and it sucked, but I was in serious physical condition at the end of the season! The nugs were like diamonds, they were so hard from the sun rising across their faces all day. Anyway, almost home now. I'll be out scouting by the end of the week.

Amazing. After reading the first 20 pages (on 40 posts per page) I had to skip forward because I had been reading for 2 hours already Added some rep.I've just now been reading up on growing outdoors. This weekend I was cruising/scouting around the 12 acres of woods at my parents house that boarder a 3000 acre marsh/swamp. Truly gave me some inspiration. Now I just need to research some herb that can grow from May and be done by September for when I go back to school. Keep on keep it on my man. And if my intuition proves me correct, you are some sort of professor, and that's pretty much the most awesome thing I can think of. Stay blazed
