Favorite Instrumental Songs

Whats your favorite instrumental song/songs? I don't care if it's country, metal, rock, alternative, hip-hop, or whatever. Heres one of mine:

The sound on 'Time is Tight' is a little off because of the age of the videotape, I guess, but the audio recording of the same performance sounds amazing
