Led Zeppelin, Led Zeppelin. Tangerine brings me to tears everytime, and so does Thats the Way. I also love basically the entire Led Zeppelin III album, I love all of Led Zeppelin.

Also, Sublime and Tool are right up there as music that amazes me. We saw Tool @ a small venue last year and were amazed, in awe of the performance and the music. It was awesome and there's nothing like Tool when you're in the mood. Same goes with Sublime, nothing will cure your heartaches or worries like some good Sublime tunes belted out.
Dispatch is hands down an excellent band.
CCR is good road-tripping music, especially when you're smoking joints on the way to your destination.

I also love Phish, Grateful Dead, Godsmack, Cypress Hill, Beastie Boys, The Cure, Metallica, Days of the New, Pink Floyd, Belly (it's a damn shame they broke up years ago).

I love any kind of music, I can listen to just about anything and pretty much do.

favorite band, explained

I am a HUGE fan of Incubus. I have not read any mention of them so far, and I am surprised. Their lyrics (written by the lead singer, Brandon Boyd) are phenomenal and the music is very intense, as well as creative. They have been around for several years and they have made a lot of progress in the music industry. They are very down to Earth and they have friendships with each other that most of us would only dream of. Here are a few samples of the lyrics...

"Imagine your brain as a canister filled with ink, yeah, now think of your body as the pen where the ink resides. Fuse the two; KAPOW! What are you now? You're the human magic marker, won't you please surprise my eyes?"

"We orbit the sun I grow up my open eyes see... A zombified, somnambulist society. Leaving us as vitamins for the hibernating human animal. Do you see what I mean?"

"Unabashed honesty would be ideal, but a prophet did once say that honesty is a lonely word. So where do we go from here? Abandon ship now? My problem is you make me melt and I don't want to be frozen anymore."

If any of you are as impressed by them as I am, you can learn a lot more about them on www.incubusattacks.com
