I love a bunch of their songs tho... I could list a bunch!

They are so good, their live album (Live at St. Gallen) is soooooo good. Hes pretty damn talented too, and the music has such a good vibe to them. On top of it, every song has its own unique sound and rythem, unlike other bands where all the tracks sound the same.

And this is just a very short clip of the song ocean. Other versions are around 13 mins

I absolutely love the John Butler Trio. The whole band is amazingly talented, and John is an incredible songwriter. He inspired me to start playing slide guitar too.

I started listening to them a few years ago when I heard their album "Sunrise Over Sea". I was a casual listener but then I picked up "Grand National" as soon as it came out and I've been obsessed ever since. I finally got the chance to see them live shortly after that album came out, and I can honestly say it was one of the best live shows I've ever seen in my life. So full of energy, all the instruments and vocals sounded perfect and clear, and the band had their shit together so tight. They played nearly every song off those two albums, as well as some older stuff and jammed a good bit. Can't wait to see em again.

Here are some of my favorite videos:

Come Together (Beatles Cover)

Get Up Stand Up (Bob Marley Cover)

Good Excuse

Daniella
