In my 5 minutes of firguring it out, the chordes are a G to an A7. It's something of that variation. The lead sounds like "Ripple" by the Garteful Dead. You can figure it out from there. If you have anymore questions, feel free to pm me...

Im also hearing a slight C7 as the 3rd chord, I have to fool around with it.

Heres the rythem that I found out

The verse starts with a G then on the weord stoners it breaks to an A7. At the "Lighting up all the time", it goes to a C7 at the word "lighting" and it goes back to G at the word "time". it does that for most of the song.
