The Classics...
I once made a thread called the Wicked list, for all songs generally kick ass.

Well, I'ma try this instead.

How about songs that are simply undisputable classics, accompanied by videos or not?

Everytime I hear "American Pie" I tear up, thats some damn good story telling in that song! I'm obsessed with the 60s so anything Beatles is a classic.

Also "Time of the Season" by The Zombies (ALL of their songs are great BTW!)
