need help with band name

This might be hard to go off of but does anyone know a band that sings a song that goes something like "im livin in ecstasy" in parts of the song. I know they used a lot of different instruements like bongos and when the lyrics stop n they just start to jam u can hear the words ecstasy being whispered in the background. but it seems like i also heard "louie louie" from them too. any help is appreciated thanks.
