He is a very good guitarist, lots of ppl give him shit though. I don't think he's that bad.

Ahhhh, I've been getting pretty heavy into Mayer recent. I liked a few of his songs and "Try!" by John Mayer Trio before, but I'm really starting to dig all his stuff.

It's pretty weird to see how he's evolved from being a soft acoustic pop-rock sensation to a electric blues guitar god. I'm sure all his obsessed teenage female fans are rather confused now.

It's like he used the bubblegum pop to get himself in the spotlight.

Then he changed it up and started showing how kick ass he really is.

I enjoy just about everything that he has put out...I dig the honesty in his lyrics.
