Music to sooth the soul.
When your heart and soul are raging in protest to the wild actions of a night before..
What is the music which you use to smother the fire? In other words, do you have any therapeutic music? At the stage of listening to this music you're usually struggling for sanity and love so the harsh limericks of rap usually will not do. I have a great bond with orchestrated music when all else has failed and I'm in a pit of despair. What do you turn to? In what music does your peace lie? My greatest affliction is actually in a soundtrack to a movie, that moving being A Beautiful Mind, love or hate the movie that is up to you. But after listening to the moving pieces of James Horner played in it you will find him undeniably talented at something.. What do you like to listen to for peace?

For me, Zero7, Broken Social Scene, and Annuals are perfect for relaxing. Anything with a nice, trippy, yet chill sound will wind me down.
