Question Philip Glass Fans?

I recently acquired a large amount of Philip Glass' music. Right now, I am listening to "Einstein on the Beach", an Opera of his.

This is very trippy stuff, and features vocals and a symphony playing in very hypnotic time signatures.

Anyone who enjoys Ambient, Electronica, Prog Rock, Jazz, Post-Rock, Experimental, or music of any kind will enjoy this.

Here is a song from it:

Act III, Scene 1: Trial/Prison

Love him, didn't know about him until I listened to Genibus by Canibus, Produced by Stoupe of Jedi Mind Tricks, found out who he sampled it from, and have enjoyed him since. It's amazing, he can go from calming classical to some of the trippiest shit you've ever heard. Definitely check him out people.

Peace.

Yeah Philip Glass is an awesome composer. I suppose you'd call him a minimalist composer, meaning he themes his music with minimal rythyms and melodies. The first time I heard him was when I saw the movie "The Hours". I can't remember anything about that movie, but I certainly remember Philip Glass. Since then I've heard him in plenty of other movie soundtracks and he's also written music not accompanied to a movie soundtrack. It's good stuff.
