They did a fucking great job of portraying how a real couple would act in this situation.
LOL so I guess you know all about this demon haunting stuff huh?

Re: Paranormal Activity anyone?

I was so pumped to go see this movie. It sucked. I am pissed that I wasted an hour and a half of my life and $6.75.

I was actually very, very disappointed with the movie and all the people who hyped it all up as the "scurriest moovy evaar"

Re: Paranormal Activity anyone?

The movie is kinda lame. too much hype about it. there were a few parts that i thought were done well but for the most part its like Blair Witch in a house.

Whats really scary is if you paid $10.50 to see it. Are there really not enough ghost shows to slake your thirst?

The humm that would happen before every little creepy thing happened ruined the element of surprise in the movie, which really made the whole movie look ridiculous IMO.

Re: Paranormal Activity anyone?

After reading that this was supposed to be one of the scariest movies ever. I thought it was extremely boring and repetitive throughout. Nothing happened at all until like the last 5 minutes. ehhh it wasn't absolutely terrible, but it was not good either. I guess I just expected more out of it.

Re: Paranormal Activity anyone?

Just watched the movie. As expected, it does not live up to the hype. It was pretty similar scare wise as [Rec] for me, which I've always thought was an underrated movie (not to be confused with Quarantine, that was the remake and it sucked). This movie is not the scariest movie ever made, and it is nothing ground-breaking. These kind of movies have scare factor for me, but they don't come anywhere close to cinematic horror movies personally. The realisticness just doesn't hold any artistic value. What I'm saying is, I enjoyed the movie but it won't stand as one of my favorites.

If you enjoyed Paranormal Activity, check out [Rec].

I've also actually had similar experiences as this movie, but obviously not as exaggerated. Nothing "evil" really, but weird stuff. I've heard from 2 brothers of mine that they saw a shadow standing next to my bed before. To say that it was a ghost, demon, or anything really is hard to say. But I've never experienced it personally, it's always been other people telling me about it. Maybe it's like my dreaming conscious or something? Who the fuck knows.

Re: Paranormal Activity anyone?

.:The Below Information contains a very big spoiler to the movie "Paranormal Activity:.

I happen to read a lot of news off of my home webpage. One thing I noticed the other day was Paranormal Obituary Non-Existant. So, having already watched every film out in theatres including "Paranormal Activity" I clicked the link. The whole thing is a sham and gimmic, they even admit to it. Sorry, to burst everyones bubble who had hoped differently. If you don't beleive what I say just simply look it up on google.

Re: Paranormal Activity anyone?

So glad I didn't waste my money (or time) watching this movie... So many of my friends did, and they all say it sucks.

It's not the first time hollywood has pulled something like this, it still may be a good thriller, but it's ruined for me now. Fucking Universal.
Shit man... Way to rain on my parade, lol.

Haha, j/k... But it does suck that it's a hoax.
