man, maybe the time I was really drunk, blazed, and still drinking in the theatre during 10,000 B.C. which I had not wanted to see, and I had this moment in time. It was my mental voice saying, no matter what you drink or smoke, this movie will suck regardless. Shoulda let that lady die...

A fantastic film about responsibilities, and the insane trappings of vanity, and how to tell the difference between right and wrong, when hell on earth has already become the norm.

In this scene, a former Nazi guard (Kate Winslet) is explaining why she felt she was correct to stand by, while a church full of people burned to death, even though she could have saved them.

^^^Love those moments, both got me as well. Agreed on Keitel, and Jodie Foster was great in that movie too.

The photography of the big kite battle over Kabul, from the film "The Kite Runner", gave me some major goosebumps. The whole film is stunning, I just saw it again on TV last night, it should be seen by everyone. Brilliant film.

This is just a general trailer, but it has a couple of seconds of the scene I mentioned. Great script writing, as well, the book is even better, with both incredible historical, and personal perspectives.
