I was looking at some Grow Tents, and found one one HTG Supply. HTG Supply - Original Organic Grow Kit Its only a 400 Watt, so I was wondering how many Auto Plants can I put in it, and what would be better for yield, a grow tent, or closet?
I've just managed to get back into this forum ... been too out of it .... I prefer closet ... less suspicious for me and the surroundings i live in. At the end of the day, it's all down to space, personal pref and many other factors. I prefer closet myself and blends into my everyday life .. perfect for me ... but it's your choice at the end of the day . ecopixie xxx
400w MH has 36,000 lumens and a 400w HPS has 50,000 lumens... With that said you have 10.89 square feet in that tent so.. 400w MH = 3,305 lumens per square foot and 400w HPS = 4591 lumens per square foot. I'd say you could do a 1 plant per square foot Sea of green, which gives you about 10 plants... or grow the plants bigger but have less plants.
