Unhappy Need Advice on Controling munchies!

Man one thing i havent over came is the munchies, i gain weight when i smoke cuz i end up eating a lot. And bad any advice on how to control the munchies.

One thing i have noticed is that when i am really high i dont get the munchies but whne the high is going down that is when i get the munchies. LOL if it was up to me i would just maintain and intense high.

ignore em? haha or eat healthier alternatives, like insteading of eating a pizza eat something...umm healthy...like a salad or something? im not an expert on healthy foods

I get them rarely now..it seems once you smoke enough daily to make the line between knowing when your sober and when your high blurred but when they used to hit me hard (peak for me) if I didn't have food around I went for some if I did but didn't wish to eat I'd just take a walk grab a drink somewhere for cottonmouth and chill.

If anything try walking your dog toking off a j or a b that should burn some as well as keep your face from being stuffed.

well i've never really beaten the munchies either but lately i've realized that if i dont eat anything when i have the munchies, then its easy to ignore and goes away. But if i have the smallest nibble of something, the munchies are uncontrollable and i devour everything




p.s. try eatin soybeans when u have the munchies, theyre amazing

i also used to gain weight when i smoked, but i learned to just eat healthier, like disrupt said try eating like fruit salad or just a regular salad. My favorite thing is to grill some chicken, cut it up in a salad and put some honey mustard on it with some mozzarella cheese. Simply amazing. Salads are the way to go cause you can put anything on top of it, make a chefs salad with turkey and ham, cut up some hard boiled eggs. Or you can make some salad and put some strawberries and some poppy seed dressing. Youll learn to enjoy this more than say pizza or mcdonalds

I don't really get munchies anymore, but I will admit that food tastes so much better when I am high. Usually, even when I do get hungry, I am just too lazy.

I find the weight gain aspect attractive, as I'm topping out at 122 with nothing to give me an edge up.

just fill your house/apartment/whatever with healthy stuff and it isn't a problem.

...that, or with things that require significant effort to prepare to eat...i am usually too lazy to fix em.

I use canibis for pain control - so I use it several times daily. I found that it is when you jut smoke a little, you get the munchies. If you smoke a lot you do not! You mentioned that in the original post. The answer is smoke more, or get a vaporizer, or use tinctures. But get the canibinal level real high.

What you need to understand is that no matter how much you eat, your not going to be satisfied.

The other night I ate a giant ham and cheese sandwich. Three minutes later I was cooking an omlet. Then came the poptarts....

You will NOT get full. What you really need to come to terms with is your own self control- thats all there is to it. Just dont eat. Your body is going to tell you one thing, but your MIND needs to KNOW whats going on.
