I have always had social anxiety since I was a little kid. Have always over-examined every moment in my life which takes away the greatness in anything. I can't hardly do anything by myself without pre-meditating exactly what I'm going to do. It's pathetic, but when I'm high. It's all different, I'm a nicer..less cynical person.

So I was just wandering if marijuana can be prescribed for social anxiety?

depending on where you live i dunno man but i dont think so its more for glocoma because it opens up the red blood cells and stuff and for other things i doubt theyd prescibe it to you...

i'm sure PA would be the last state to legalize medical marijuana, fuck this state, can't even get most online places to ship ccg pieces either.

I know exactly how you feel. I too have to deal with social anxiety. I hate going places by myself etc... I don't think they will prescribe marijuana for this since they have legal prescriptions for this, such as zoloft and paxil. I tried paxil but had problems with some of the side effects so I stopped that shit. It didn't really seem to be helping me much anyway, but everybody is different. Hope this helps.

Most mental health drugs have undesirable side effects.... This is why a lot of people would choose to smoke weed instead, and the Dr's would let them.

EDIT: Also, mike59271... Weed can be prescribed for a very wide variety of ailements... From AIDS and Cancer to Arthritis, Social Anxiety, Depression, Bulemia/Anorexia, etc. It has a lot of medicinal value for a lot of different people. Personally I use it for my bad knees, insomnia, and anxiety. It kills the pain, and calms me down... Makes me a nicer person to be around
