keep in mind this is a voluntary program at least for California .patients who have applied for and received a card have done so under no guarantee that the federal government wont confiscate the states files and bust everyone . county health departments has everyone signing release of liability from legal prosecution .they clearly state they have to open there files if asked by federal government .so think twice and make sure you read the fine print .and for all the caregivers in Santa Barbara county Santa maria city limits .health department are only accepting 1 patient per care giver application .
my local law (compared to Reno 911)has taken all files of my patients and intended on harassing them .but for my clients confidentiality no names or identifying marks were on there files .
the prop 215 compassionate use act and the Sb 420 any other revised laws are written to better interpret this law so our local Reno 911 cops have a better understanding of what is expected and required by law .Read all health and state card fine print

The Federal Government would be violating it's own laws if they did that. Not that they haven't done it before, but under Obama it won't happen.

Minnesota needs to legalize marijuana(PERIOd)... Not just medicinal but just overall! Marijuana will help our economy get out of this tough time and will let people relax more while saving this world that is going to continue to go downhill UNTIL they legalize the greatest thing in the world.MARIJUANA.....LEGALIZE NOW!
